Habitat for Humanity of Waukesha County's homebuyer program is available to low-income individuals and families in Waukesha County that qualify for our program.
Our Homeownership 101 classes will walk you through the steps to becoming a Habitat homeowner. We host Hownership 101 courses several times throughout the year, so visit our website for updates and register for a course that works for you.

This class is strongly recommended to become a Habitat Homeowner and must be completed successfully to fill out an application for homeownership. Classes fill up quickly and are limited to 15 people per session. No children under the age of 5 are allowed.
